  2. The Bus Seat can be viewed on Screen.
  3. Able to book the live bus tickets by online, by phone or authorized agent.
  4. Can be able to choose your Boarding points, Time of Departure and Bus type.
  5. Payment can be done by Credit / Debit Card, eZcash, Reload, Sampath / Commercial Bank Deposit.

Mode of Payment

  1. The price of the ticket is normal, and if the tickets booked on online the following service charge and commission will be impose.
  2. Credit Card / Debit Cards / Easy Cash : Processing Charge 3%

Ticket Related

  1. The mTickets or eTicket are available on BusTicket.lk. For the operators that support mTickets, a SMS that is sent to your mobile can be produced at the time of boarding and the Passenger is allowed to onboard in the particular bus.
  2. For travelers that do not support mTickets he / she must to take an E-Ticket Printout and produce it at the time of boarding.

Meaning of mTicket?

  1. mTicket is an SMS that is sent to your mobile on booking a ticket with select operators. This SMS has the TIN number, Seat No & the PNR number along with other ticket related information. It can be used to board the bus. Please note that all operators accept the mTickets.
  2. How Can I know the particular Ticket Confirmed ?
  3. As the ticker confirmed a SMS send to passenger mobile no, in CLI you can see “eToursLanka” or “0777299522” that will be the reutilization code.

Meaning of eTicket

  1. The eTicket means Electronic Ticket, you can get a print out of the eTicket by the website, as a valid boding pass to travel.

Booking

  1. Special Request
  2. On special request we will obtain seat bookings from other agents of bus operators.

Bankers

  1. To purchase the tickets you can deposit to any of the following bank accounts of eToursLanka (Pvt) Ltd to purchase the tickets.

Security of my Credit & Debit Card

  1. Transactions on eToursLanka are secured. We are been provided with Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. Using SSL ensures that the information exchanged with us is never transmitted unencrypted, thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals.

Cancellation

  1. Once Tickets confirmed cannot be able to cancelled by online. If by any circumstances the schedule bus break down the bus operators has to refund the fare. In the event there is no sufficient passengers to travel the tickets booked will be cancelled or transferred to the next bus.
  2. 12 hours before the departure Time cancellation can be made.
  3. Ticket will be selling to and Cash will be refund by reducing the followings charges.
  4. Service Charges, Credit / Debit Card, Easy Cash charges.
  5. After the expiry of 12 Hours before the departure time No refunds will be made.
